Journals published by Mak Periodic Library are fully open accessmodel: all published content on this platform is available to everyone free of charge. We serve scholars from around the world to ensure the latest research is freely available and all content is distributed under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY).

Scientists from both high and low-income countries have free and equal access to the results of the latest research, which means that pay walls can no longer decelerate the development of science in some regions.

We are committed to meeting high standards of ethical behavior at all stages of the publication process. Our journals follow the guidelines as set out in the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) on handling potential conflicts of interest of editors, authors, and reviewers. We are committed to maintaining the editorial independence of journal editors, supporting journal editors to run their journals ethically and transparently, maintaining an accurate and transparent academic record, including publishing corrections and retractions when necessary.

There is a zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism (including self-plagiarism) or duplicate/redundant submission in our journals. Manuscripts are screened for plagiarism before or during publication, and if found they are rejected at any stage of processing. Other ethical issues, allegations of research misconduct or complaints are handled very seriously and investigations are carried out by the editors and/or editorial office, followed by actions such as reject, withdraw, or retraction of articles.

To be able to provide open access journals, we finance publication through article publication charges (APC)for manuscripts accepted after peer-review. Authors pay a publication fee for manuscripts accepted after peer-review. Article Publication Charges are usually covered by the authors’ institutes or research funding bodies. Immediate open access is also available subject to an article-processing charge. There are no charges for rejected articles, no submission charges, and no surcharges based on the length of an article, colourfigures or supplementary data.

Our fees are clearly stated in every journal’s website (in the author info pages), and authors are made fully aware of fees (if any) when making any manuscript submission.

There are a range of discounts and waivers available. We are trying to provide lowest publication charges for authors from all over the world. As a service to the young researchers Mak Periodical Library will provide waivers and discounts for manuscripts submitted from the developing world.With the help of our academic Editors, based in institutions around the globe, we are able to focus on serving our authors while preserving publishing standards and editorial integrity.
